If you've checked out the rest of the site, you know that it's all about Maugee's journey back to health and happiness!  If you really have checked out the rest of the site, you might also be thinking, "Hey!  What about my ig?"  And rightfully so.  How does all of this apply to YOU?  This is YOUR section.  If you've got questions about iguana care, the first place to go is to your vet.  The second place to go is your local herp society.  The third place to go is the web, and that's where Maugee.com comes in.  I am by no means a reptile expert, but I do have an iguana and I have made mistakes and LEARNED FROM THEM!  By e-mailing me, or reading this section, you are talking to a fellow iguana-keeper who may be able to share some helpful advice with you.  You will also still have to use your own common sense, collected knowledge, and intuition to determine whether or not I have any idea what I'm talking about!  :)
          Having said all that, I'm more than happy to share my advice with you right here and through e-mail.  I will begin writing soon, about how my learned lessons can apply to you and your ig (why go through it if you don't need to?).  In the meantime, please feel free to e-mail me at misskelley@aol.com with any concerns you may have -- I may not be an expert but I can tell you what I know, and I don't mind scouring the books I own and the web itself for more information that might help you.  I started this site in the hopes that I may be able to save the lives of a few iguanas out there... if this site helps even ONE I will have achieved my goal.  So if I can help you in any way -- any way at all -- do not hesitate to e-mail me.  If I can't help you, I'll try to find someone who can, and that is a promise.  You are not alone in ig-keeping.  Networking is key.
